We named each of our ipads
we set up each ipad with an email account
we created an itunes account for each of our 5 devices
We credited each itunes account by purchasing an itunes card
we purchased the apps we initially wanted on the itunes account then synched the ipads
Do they need cases?
Yes is our opinion. We purchased cases that would make our ipads safer from any nocks and also more recognisable. We got a different colour for each 5 .
How often do they need charging?
It says they have a 10 hour battery life. It does depend on what you are doing and how many different apps are open, hte more open the more battery life is used. We try to charge up at night.
What apps do you need?
This is hard to know. it all comes down to purpose and play. You can have many apps that do the same thing and just take up space or you can start to categories your apps and see how the coverage is. There are too many apps to get your head around and they are being developed and upgraded at an incredible rate. We watch the discussions on the VLN about the apps that people are discovering.
